Every visitor has a personal reason for coming to Lviv. Some want to discover the city for the first time; others are looking for family addresses or have a passion for architecture or history. Some have already seen the main sights and are keen to explore other neighbourhoods.
I will plan a walk around your interests, preferences and pace. We can focus on the historic centre, Ukrainian or Jewish Lviv, crimes and court cases from the past, architecture, literature or everyday city life.
By prior arrangement, I can also drive you around Lviv. This allows us to combine walking with journeys between more distant locations and include places that are less convenient to reach on foot.
During the tour, I will show you photographs of old Lviv selected to match our route. We will compare historic images with today's buildings and streets and try to reconstruct views that have disappeared.
If you have a particular request — a specific address, historical period, person or subject — please let me know in advance. We will agree on the route, duration and format of the tour. We can include a coffee stop and time for conversation and questions.
