Cornelius Hertz. The Panama Canal, MMM and limousine disability.
The life story of the famous adventurer, who was at the center of the main corruption scandal in France at the end of the 19th century. This is the story of how the construction of the Panama Canal turned into a financial pyramid - almost the same as MMM. Investigative journalists of that time found out that the pyramid was facilitated by a huge corruption network, at the center of which was probably our today's "hero". However, the investigation was actually silenced, and all the details remain unknown even to modern historians.
